For corrections, clarifications or questions about an article, email editor@example.com. Please include the article URL and, where relevant, a link to a primary source that supports your point.

Story tips

If you have information about a technology, product or policy decision that deserves scrutiny, we would like to hear from you. Describe the subject and, if possible, point us to documentation. We will confirm what we can before publishing anything.

Advertising

Advertising enquiries should be sent to ads@example.com. We accept display advertising and clearly labelled sponsored placements. We do not accept sponsored articles presented as editorial, and advertisers have no input into our reporting.

Response times

We aim to respond to corrections within two business days and to other messages within one week. Given the volume of email we receive, we are not always able to reply to every message individually.
