Bodycam footage shows a drunken disturbance turning hostile before a woman is arrested and loaded into a patrol car. The clip raises one question it never answers: why a deputy's hand crossed her face.
From orders to handcuffs
Narration describes the woman repeatedly defying orders before officers place her under arrest. She is led toward the vehicle as the scene stays tense.
Once inside, officers deploy a spit hood on the suspect, a step taken to protect themselves and prevent further damage. She is then secured in the back seat.
"Even after being secured in the back of the car, the suspect's violent outbursts reached a dangerous turning point."
